Join Forpus Select Network (FSN)
A formal form will be added at a later date. If you would like to be considered for inclusion, please send the following information to info@forpus.net:
- Full name, phone number, e-mail address, location & aviary name. Include your website address if you have one.
- Do you deliver or ship? Otherwise, list areas served. Please be specific. (Example of areas served: Franklin and Ashville NC. I do not deliver.)
- Species raised, including mutation colors, and pricing structure for each.
- Do you sell companions and/or breeding pairs?
- How many years have you been raising Parrotlets?
- Do you have and can you provide current copies of state and/or local business licensing, state sales tax certificate and permitting from Fish & Wildlife (when applicable)?
- If you have not been personally invited, you must include a minimum of three references with contact information from the past 8 months of production.
- Do you make and sell specialty items (i.e. hand made goods)? If so, include a full description and link to photographs. (The internet link can contain the full description with product photographs) Product photographs sent via e-mail will not be opened.
- Preferred method of contact for potential buyers. (i.e. phone, e-mail, website)
Please note: Unlicensed breeders and vendors will not be considered.
Pricing structure is used to set a range for each species and/or color. Your information will NOT be advertised.
Personal information obtained by any breeder or supplier will NOT be made public. All referrals will be provided based on the method you choose.
Breeders and suppliers agree to send an e-mail after the completion of each successful purchase made through this referral service. Your successes will be included in future referrals. We encourage you to have your customers send a Testimonial, which will also be included in future referrals.
Breeders and suppliers agree to inform Forpus Select Network of any change in offerings to potential buyers. You can also remove yourself from this referral service at any time by simply sending us an email.
